The Southern Tier Brewing Company is seeking a hard working, highly motivated, quality focused, safety driven, and team oriented Brewer/Cellarperson to join the brewing team in our rapidly growing, fast paced, production brewery in beautiful Lakewood, NY. We’re a 50K BBL/annual brewery (on pace to hit 70K in 2012), currently operating a 50 BBL (20/30) brew haus with 3600 BBL of fermentation tanks. The Empty Pint Expanded Hours for 2012
We are now opening at noon on Saturdays with expanded tour hours at 1:00, 3:00 and 5:00. We're still serving pulled pork sandwiches and a soup du jour. Cheers!

On Sunday, October 2, 2011 as we once again hosted the Oktobenefest fundraiser for St. Susan Center. We raised a little over $5000 this year, despite the rain and cold temperatures. Cheers to everyone who pitched in to help out.
We've been anticipating this for some time now. Shiny new tall things that can hold a lot of liquid! Four new 200BBL JVNW fermenters arrived last week and are in the process of being plumbed, sanitized and ready to rock. It wouldn't be happening without you--Cheers!!
For several weeks Phin Demink and the crew were busy uncrating, assembling and testing our new bottle line. By late December, 2010, it was ready to label, fill and cap beers! Southern Tier Brewing Company now lays claim to the most state of the art bottle line of its size. A few images:
